Polarity Basics - Day 1 offered in August 2015

We will be offering the first day of the Polarity Basics 3-day course in August.

The dates offered are either of these choices:

8/12/15 & 8/14/15, Wednesday & Friday evenings, 6pm-9pm

or

8/15/15, Saturday, 10am-5pm

or

8/16/15, Sunday, 10am - 5pm

This first day will include many of the initial concepts and understandings of Polarity Therapy and an introduction to bodywork. We will explore sacred space and relationship to Other.
